Resort Living, Private
A pool day that never has to end.
No reservations, no crowds, no closing time. The pool terrace at Casa Kokomo is yours alone — from morning laps with coffee to midnight swims under a Cabo sky. The palapa keeps everything within arm's reach: cold drinks at the swim-up bar, lunch from the outdoor kitchen, and shade when the sun gets serious.

The Pool
Heated infinity edge with a Baja shelf and swim-up bar.
The pool was designed to frame the Sea of Cortez — a seamless horizon from the water's edge. The Baja shelf keeps you half-submerged in shallow water with a drink in hand. The swim-up bar means you never have to leave the water to refresh. And when evening comes, the pool lights turn the terrace into something out of a resort brochure — except it's yours.
The Grand Palapa
Open-air dining, kitchen, and lounge beneath the palms.
The palapa is the estate's gathering point — a soaring thatched roof over a full outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ grill, and seating for twelve. Group dinners unfold here with the ocean on one side and the courtyard on the other. After sunset, the space becomes a lounge — drinks, music, and the kind of late-night conversations that only happen in Cabo.

Outdoor Kitchen
A chef's setup with an ocean view.
The outdoor kitchen rivals anything indoors — premium grill, pizza oven, prep space, and bar seating. Our private chef can prepare multi-course dinners here while you watch the sunset from the pool. Or take it over yourself: the kitchen is fully stocked and designed for cooks who want to be part of the party.

The Pavilion Kitchen
A grand entertaining space that opens to the gardens.
Heated Infinity Pool
Year-round swimming at the perfect temperature, with uninterrupted ocean views.
Wood-Fired Pizza Oven
Authentic blistered pizzas in minutes — a favorite with groups and kids.
Swim-Up Bar
Six submerged bar stools. Order another round without leaving the water.
Poolside Sports TV
Watch the game from the Baja shelf. Cold drink, hot sun, zero compromises.
Daybeds & Loungers
Teak daybeds, umbrellas, and plenty of sun — or shade — for the whole group.
Sunset Terrace
Face west, drink in hand, as the sun drops into the Sea of Cortez.

Evenings by the Pool
The terrace transforms after dark.
Poolside Living
From morning coffee to midnight swims.
The pool terrace is designed for the long arc of a Cabo day. Morning: coffee on the Baja shelf, the water flat and still. Midday: the palapa hums — grill going, drinks flowing, sports on the TV. Afternoon: daybeds in the shade, a book, a siesta. Evening: everyone migrates to the firepit, but the pool stays warm and lit until the last person turns in.
